Total Adblock Technical Product Support

Generate Log Files

To make it easier for our Total Adblock tech support team to solve your issue and provide you with a speedy resolution, we ask that you provide oru team with logs files to help us better understand your the issue you may be experiencing.

Open Total Adblock

Find and open Total Adblock on your device.

Open Settings

Tap the Gear/Cog icon to open the settings menu.


Scroll Down

Scroll down the menu to find Send log files.


Tap Send log files

Tap Send log files


You can now save and share the log files.

Open the Total Adblock Extension in your Default Browser

Click on the 'Cog' icon to go to Settings

Scroll Down to the Bottom of the Extension

Click on Download Debug Logs


The log file will be located in your Downloads Folder and will be called: totaladblock_logs.zip

Once the Logs are downloaded, please send them to our team so they can investigate your issue further.
