Failed Payments

What Happens if a Payment Fails? Don't Worry, We'll Help Get You Back on Track.

If a payment attempt doesn't go through, we'll automatically try again over an extended period. These retries are designed to give you time to resolve any issues, such as an expired card, insufficient funds, or other unforeseen circumstances.

To avoid immediate disruption, your service will remain active during a grace period (30 days for monthly and quarterly subscriptions, and 14 days for biannual and annual plans).

If payment isn't received during this time, your access will be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed, either through our automated retry attempts or by manually reactivating your subscription.

During this period, you may see a prompt in your account to manually reactivate your subscription. If a retry is successful, your next renewal date will reset based on the payment date.

We'll keep you informed if any attempts fail, and remember, you're always in control. You can update your payment details or cancel anytime via your online portal.
