Getting started

Welcome to the Total Adblock Billing Help Centre. Here you'll find helpful articles to manage your subscription, update payment methods, view invoices, and understand your renewal settings.

You can manage your services at any time via your online portal, including updating payment details or checking your next billing date.

If you've purchased more than one subscription under the same email address, such as Total Adblock, TotalAV, or Total VPN, your services may appear together within your portal for easier access. However, each subscription is billed and managed separately as part of the Total Security suite, unless notified otherwise. If you've purchased add-on services alongside your Total Adblock subscription, such as Safe Browsing (VPN) or Unlimited Devices, these will be tied with your main account. Each service will automatically renew separately, unless notified otherwise, until you cancel. You can manage these services at any time via your online portal.

As part of our ongoing protection service, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled. For annual plans, you'll receive a reminder email up to 30 days ahead of the renewal date.

NOTE: If you're a California resident, you'll receive a renewal reminder notice every 12 months, regardless of your subscription length.
